Art of Shedding unfolds as a small, intentional cohort.
Each cycle begins with an initial conversation to explore whether there is a good fit.
The work draws from how living systems form through relationships — through processes of attunement and gradual reorganisation.
For this reason, each cohort is carefully composed. Up to five people are invited into each cycle, so that the depth of attention, reflection, and transformation can be held with care.
Anyone can apply, and those who join are committed to engaging with their process, both individually and collectively.
